In the preparation of a sculpture, the artist is dreaming of the basic structure of a sphinx of which the Egyptians were so well in command. Inspired by interwoven patterns of music by J.S. Bach. Six linear geometrical forms overlap as six instruments play different, non-conflicting melodies in space and time.
